The FBC Kids Choir
The purpose of the FBC Kids Choir is to nurture and enrich your children through song and worship as they begin to form a foundation of service to the Lord. We want to instill in your children the importance of sharing Jesus with others through the gift of song and story telling and the joy your children will experience in serving the Lord.

Dear Grown-Up,
We are so excited that the FBC Kids Choir Performance is just around the corner on December 3rd at 6PM! Your amazing kids have been working so hard and I know your hearts will be richly blessed. First, thank you for trusting me with your singers each week. We have had a wonderful time together.
For the performance, each child is being asked to wear an ugly Christmas sweater of some kind with black pants. (Unless your child has a lead role, they have been assigned a costume). If you have festive hats, headwear or a fun Christmas hair do in mind…feel free to do so for the night of the performance.
We will have a dress rehearsal on December 2nd at 10AM in the main sanctuary. We hope to cover everything in two hours. That is the goal! 😊 PLEASE be sure to have your singers attend dress rehearsal, especially if they have a leading role.
We are having our last practice Sunday morning on December 3rd during our usual meeting time in Central Park. Here is where we will fine-tune everything for the performance that night.
For performance day, I am asking that all singers be in Central Park area no later than 5:30pm on Sunday evening. Make sure your little singers are well rested and not hungry. (I am going to do this as well )

Get to know Our Choir Director
Megan Purcell has been serving as our FBC Kids Choir Director since 2019. She is married to Ben Purcell (A deacon at FBC) has one son, Hudson Purcell, and another baby arriving in 2024. She is also our Church Marketing Director and Executive Assistant to Pastor Ryan.
She has a passion for providing our children with spiritual and musical experiences that will help them grow in their relationship with Christ and develop their God-given talents.
